PlayTrek Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PlayTrek Dash (“the Game”), including the website https://playtrek.in, Progressive Web App (PWA), and the Android app on Google Play (package ID: com.playtrek.game). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Google Play / the web under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, you may use the Game only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The Game is intended for a general audience.

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play PlayTrek Dash for personal entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Game except as allowed by law
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools to gain unfair advantage
• Interfere with servers, ads, leaderboards, or other players’ experience
• Misrepresent your identity or abuse support channels
• Use the Game for any illegal purpose

3. Virtual items and progress

Coins, XP, levels, unlocks, power-ups, and other in-game items are virtual and have no real-world cash value. They are licensed to you, not sold, and may be reset, changed, or removed as we update the Game. Progress stored on your device may be lost if you clear data, change devices, or uninstall the app unless a cloud-save feature is enabled and working.

4. Advertising and rewarded features

The Android version of the Game may show advertisements through Google AdMob, including banners and rewarded videos. Watching an ad may unlock optional benefits (for example continuing a run). Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Ads are provided by Google and its partners. Your use of ads is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, landing pages, or offers.

5. Purchases

If the Game later offers in-app purchases or subscriptions through Google Play, those transactions are processed by Google. Additional Google Play terms apply. Virtual purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by Google Play policy or applicable law.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate leaderboards or mission systems
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or infrastructure
• Distribute malware or harmful content through the Game
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users or our team

We may suspend access or reset progress if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.

7. Intellectual property

PlayTrek Dash, including its name, branding, artwork, code, audio, and content, is owned by PlayTrek or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any IP to you.

8. Third-party services

The Game may rely on Google Play, AdMob, hosting providers, Firebase, or other services. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayTrek and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10.

11. Updates and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. We may also update these Terms. The Effective date above will change when we revise them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling the app or leaving the website. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Game.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
